We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information of any kind to anyone.

PHONES
We answer our phones Monday to Friday from 0900 hours to 1800 hours (Eastern Time Zone).   We answer our emails from Monday to Friday. 

PAYMENT
Prepayment is required.   All payments must be in US Dollars.

Options include:

2.  By PayPal
3.  By credit card via PayPal only 
4.  Credit cards can be processed via phone - although a $1.00 processing fee will be added.  Please call 1-386-566-2089.

US  orders - personal checks are held 3 days for clearance.   
Australia, Canada, New Zealand,  and the UK - postal money orders must be in US Dollars.  For all international orders please contact us before ordering.  

International Rates
Unfortunately US Priority Mail International is very expensive, but is the cheapest way of expediting a copy of IN HONOR AND MEMORY, which weighs 6lbs 13ozs.  To expedite IN HONOR AND MEMORY overseas to the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, it will cost $81.90 for one copy.   To Canada it will cost $55.00 for one copy .    It is advised to contact us before ordering if you wish to have books shipped to other countries outside the United States.  Please note that US Priority Mail International does not include tracking or insurance and requires a customs form to be completed.
 
Books are shipped as soon as payment has cleared (usually between 3 and 10 days).  Please be understanding when Ray is on a book signing tour, as there may be a slight delay in shipment.  You can check our BLOG (Bows Logistics On Ground) page for a constant update of our schedule.
During book signings, checks will only be accepted with a valid drivers license or military ID card.

SHIPPING & HANDLING AND SALES TAX IN THE UNITED STATES
All books shipped to locations in the United States are expedited via US Postal Service.   US Priority includes tracking.  US Standard (Book Rate) - as of 1 June  2015, book rate also includes tracking.

Florida residents only, please include 6.5% sales tax
